Shane Robson-Smith started Workplace Money Coach in 2014 to help expand his financial coaching client base. He knew nothing about corporate wellness at the time. Shane has since built a company that has reached thousands of employees through workshops, webinars, public speaking engagements and one-on-one coaching, exclusively serving the workplace. His Living Paycheck to Purpose financial empowerment program is facilitated by coaches across the country. Shane's underlying philosophy about money is that it should be spent on doing the things that bring joy into your life and that fulfill your life's purpose. Shane finds joy travelling with his wife and three kids, running triathlons, perfecting his gourmet tacos, and helping financial coaches grow their businesses.
